1. What Data We Collect

ReturnSaver AI CSV Exporter accesses your Shopify store's order and return data (order names, product names, return reasons, and customer comments) solely to generate a downloadable CSV file. We do not collect, store, or process customer personal data (emails, addresses, payment details) beyond the scope of the active session.

2. How We Use Your Data

The data accessed through the Shopify API is used exclusively to generate the CSV export file. The data is fetched in real-time during the export process and is not cached, stored, or transmitted to any third-party service by this app.

3. Data Storage

We store only your store domain and an encrypted access token necessary for maintaining the app installation. This data is stored securely in our database with row-level security enabled. No customer personal information is stored.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. The CSV file is downloaded directly to your device and is not transmitted through our servers beyond the initial API response.

5. GDPR Compliance

We fully comply with GDPR requirements. We handle customer data requests, customer data deletion (redaction), and shop data deletion requests through Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.

6. Data Deletion

When you uninstall the app, all stored data (access tokens and session information) is automatically deleted through our shop/redact webhook handler. You may also request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
